The hotel is well decorated and clean. The staff were so nice and friendly. The room is spacious and modern. The hotel is surrounded by many shops and restaurants.

The location was exactly what we were expecting, a short walk to all the sights we wanted to see . The rooms were good size and had a large bathroom with a great shower .. only down fall was breakfast wasn’t available . There’s a small cafe in the hotel lobby but no real seating area. Staff were very friendly and polite.

The staff were quite helpful. They management went out of their way to make our stay confortable and memorable. Everything we complained of were prompty attended to . For example, we complianed of lack of electric kettle to boil water to prepare infant mail, that was promptly provided. We also complained of lack bathtube to bathe our baby, the management bought a bathbowl to improvise. That was awesome. Kudos to Mike, a brilliant and friendly front desk officer, who always responded promptly to our needs.

The property was convenient to Whole Foods, Sweetgreens, Walgreens, vida (gay) gym and a number of other places. The bedroom was spacious and the bathroom was big. The staff are knowledgeable and very friendly

I loved the ambiance, the staff were amazing and inviting, the staff in the restaurant were also amazing! The room was extremely spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was all of our favorites. The water pressure was amazing, the temperature of the water was great, everything was clean and beautiful. I would definitely stay here again.
